pSim Plus

Introduction

The pSim Plus simulator seamlessly provides the complete design flow for electronic-photonic co-simulation of optical modulator electrodes, eliminating the need for an external SPICE simulator.

Features

pSimPlus supports R/L/C circuits and includes SNP files. Multiple electronic components can be connected to set port impedance to observe S-parameter changes, and LPF/HPF structures are supported.

Optical and reference sources are loaded and converted to electrical signals by PD, then equalized by an electrical equalizer, and finally analyzed by TDECQ.
