  • Object Selection: When designing a PMUT array, OpenLayout offers flexible selection tools that facilitate precise editing of individual or multiple PMUT cells. The control over local and global selections allows for straightforward and intuitive modifications within complex array structures.

  • Process Layer Settings: PMUT design involves a variety of process layers, such as piezoelectric layers and electrode layers. OpenLayout provides designers with an efficient tool to define and manage these process layers, guaranteeing that each layer accurately reflects the actual process requirements.
